I am thrilled to offer The Dragon Dance Workshop - returning by popular request, take a journey to meet the Dragon (first seen in smaller excerpts in my weekly classes) this yoga practice gives us space to learn the entire flow, start to finish. Explore the symbolic world of this mystical creature which offers useful insights to help progress our yoga practice in a unique way. Join us in this creative fabulous full day workshop.

As well as The Dragon Dance masterclass, enjoy the benefit of a nourishing Afternoon of Restorative Yoga, Pranayama technique (breath work), Deep Relaxation, Meditation and Mantra

The Dragon Dance is a continual yoga flow that is of a dance-like-nature and seamlessly moves from posture to posture, rhythmically using the breath. Once established in the flow -the work eventually evolves into a heart warming moving meditation inviting greater strength, grace & peace within.

Move blissfully into deep relaxation and discover the full potential of the Sattvic state of the Yoga Mind...

Not suitable for absolute beginners / The morning practice will be a mildly strenuous / Not suitable if pregnant or heart issues.
